How to Start a Return

• Order number

• A brief note about what went wrong (so we can learn & improve!)

What Happens Next

Once we receive your email:

1. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

2. You’ll get a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Choose a full refund or a free replacement—your happiness, your choice.

• Items must be returned in original packaging (even if opened).

• We cover return shipping—always.
